We welcome submissions from all genres. Whether your book is fiction, non-fiction, poetry, memoir, or anything in between, we encourage you to submit it for consideration.

Eligible books must have been published between the years 2000 and 2024. Please note that only books published in print format will be considered; e-books alone are not eligible for submission.

Complete the submission form available on our website. Ensure that all required fields are filled out accurately and completely.

Provide links to your author website and all social media platforms relevant to your book(s). Winners will be featured on television, in the Publisher’s Choice Magazine and our website. We will include links to your social media and website to help followers connect with you.

Book Cover: Submit a high-resolution JPEG or PNG file of your book cover.

Interior PDF File: Include a PDF file of the interior content of your book.
Print Copy: Send us a physical print copy of your book for review purposes.

Judging Process for Publisher's Choice Book Awards

Our judging process is meticulously designed to ensure fair evaluation and recognition of literary excellence. Each book submitted to the Publisher's Choice Book Awards undergoes a thorough review by our esteemed publisher.

Here's how it works

Point System Evaluation:

The Publisher utilizes a comprehensive point system to critique every aspect of the submitted book. This includes, but is not limited to, the following standard areas of judging across various genres:

Fiction: Plot development, character development, writing style, pacing, originality, etc. –

Nonfiction: Content accuracy, research quality, writing style, organization, depth of analysis, etc.

Poetry: Imagery, language use, rhythm, emotional impact, thematic depth, etc. –

Children's Books: Storyline engagement, illustration quality, age-appropriate themes, educational value, etc.

Young Adult: Themes relevance, character relatability, plot complexity, narrative voice, etc. –

Middle Grade: Age-appropriate content, readability, character development, plot engagement, etc.

Awards Criteria:

Every book has an opportunity to win a Publisher's Choice Award based on the points received during the evaluation:

Bronze Publisher's Choice Award: 100 to 300 points

Silver Publisher's Choice Award: 301 to 500 points

Gold Publisher's Choice Award: 500+ points
